Welcome Timothy G. Keenan, MD

Dear Patients,

I am happy to let you know that Core Physician Services has hired Timothy Keenan M.D. to take over my office practice and continue to offer you services. Dr. Keenan is an experienced Family Medicine Physician who is relocating to the New Hampshire Seacoast area. He will be starting here in the office on October 2, 2006.

Dr. Keenan received his Doctor of Medicine from State University of New York in Syracuse, N.Y. He has been in private practice since 2000, and for the last six years has been working in a Family Practice in Sturbridge, MA. Dr. Keenan has experience treating the whole family, from newborns to the elderly. This practice web site, YYoussefMD.com will have more of Dr. Keenan’s information.

For the month of September one of my Core colleagues, Dr. Karen Brainard will be filling in here at the office. Dr. Brainard will be working the same days and hours as I have been so there will be no need to reschedule your currently booked appointments.

For those of you with an insurance company that requires you to have Primary Care Physician, Core Physician Services will automatically work with those companies to make this transition to Dr. Keenan happen. If you wish to transfer to another physician within Core other than Dr. Keenan please contact your insurance company to formally choose that Primary Care Physician. As always if you need assistance transferring your medical record please call the office at 603-772-7764.
