Most rehabilitation services that are prescribed by a physician are covered by health insurance. Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is a network provider for many commercial insurance plans. Covered services and extent of coverage may vary depending on your insurance provider.
